Duties of the Panel Beater:
- Carrying out vehicle panel repairs to a high standard, ensuring precision in all work
- Welding, filling, and preparing vehicles for refinishing
- Working efficiently within set timeframes to meet workshop targets
- Ensuring all repairs adhere to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle body damages, including dent removal and panel straightening
- Supporting team members in achieving workshop goals and overall quality standards
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a strong understanding of automotive body repairs
- Skilled in welding, panel straightening, and dent removal
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and adherence to safety procedures
