Maintenance Lecturer
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £45 per hour
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary
About the Role
Deliver engaging practical and theoretical Maintenance Engineering lessons within an FE College
Support learners across relevant Maintenance and Engineering programmes, helping them develop strong practical and technical skills
Deliver training across areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, bench fitting and general engineering maintenance
Assess learner progress, maintain accurate records and promote high standards of health and safety
What we are looking for
Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Maintenance or a relevant discipline
Strong industry experience within engineering maintenance
Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience within an FE or apprenticeship setting is desirable
Teaching or assessing qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards one
