We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and organised Wraparound Care Supervisor to lead our Breakfast Club and After School Club provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, can create a safe and stimulating environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality care before and after the school day. The successful candidate will lead engaging activities, support children's wellbeing, ensure safeguarding procedures are followed, and help provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all pupils attending our wraparound provision. About the Role As Wraparound Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Breakfast Club and After School Club, ensuring children are safe, happy, engaged and well cared for. You will work closely with school leaders, staff and families to provide a high-quality service that reflects the values and ethos of Welland Primary School. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience of working with primary-aged children. Is enthusiastic, caring and nurturing. Can lead activities that are engaging, creative and enjoyable. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can work independently and use their own initiative. Is organised and able to manage routines effectively. Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare. Can promote positive behaviour and build strong relationships with children. Is willing to be a full and active member of our school community. Holds a relevant childcare qualification or is willing to undertake training (desirable).
