Radyr Primary School is seeking a Part-Time Estates Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our school grounds and facilities.Key Responsibilities:● Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.● Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.● Managing site security, cleaning, and minor repairs.● Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.● Supporting the school’s operational needs, including events and emergencies.What We’re Looking For:● Previous experience in estates or facilities management (preferred).● Strong organizational and time-management skills.● Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance around the site● Knowledge of health and safety regulations.● A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work flexibly.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:● A supportive and friendly team environment.● Opportunities for professional development.Radyr Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
