Summary
My client are a housing developer who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them to be based their their head office in Uxbridge
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with incoming calls & making outgoing call to home owners
- Gaining information for surveys
- Collating data from customers
- Managing the system
- Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
- Working closely with the customer service team
- Reporting in the customer service manager
