Teaching Assistant Opportunities - SEND Resource Bases & ARPsDudley | Sandwell | Wolverhampton | Walsall Full-Time, Part-Time, Long-Term & Permanent OpportunitiesLet's be honest... mainstream classrooms aren't for everyone.Some of the most rewarding roles I've recruited for over the last 20 years have been within specialist provisions attached to mainstream schools. Smaller groups, more tailored support, stronger relationships with pupils and the opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day.I'm currently working with a number of primary and secondary schools that have ARPs (Additionally Resourced Provisions), SEND units and specialist resource bases supporting pupils with needs such as:

Autism (ASC)

Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

SEMH

Moderate Learning Difficulties

Hearing Impairments

Complex additional needs

These aren't always the easiest roles, but they are often the most rewarding.I'm looking for people who are patient, resilient, have a good sense of humour and genuinely enjoy helping children overcome barriers to learning.You might already be a Teaching Assistant, or perhaps your experience comes from:
