ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive
Digital Learning Facilitator to join our team and play a key role in supporting students' digital skills development and enhancing the delivery of blended learning across the College.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, technology and student success. You will work closely with learners and staff to create an engaging, inclusive and innovative learning environment that helps students thrive both academically and professionally.
About the Role
As a Digital Learning Facilitator, you will support the day-to-day operation of our Learning Centre while promoting the effective use of digital technologies, online resources and blended learning tools. You will provide guidance and training to students, helping them develop essential study, employability and digital literacy skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students and staff with digital technologies, learning platforms and online resources.
- Delivering inductions, workshops and one-to-one learning sessions.
- Promoting the use of e-resources and blended learning approaches.
- Assisting students with research, information literacy, referencing and study skills.
- Maintaining learning resources, systems and digital content.
- Supporting the administration of online assessments and learner development activities.
- Creating a welcoming, safe and productive Learning Centre environment for all users.
