Summary

About the Role:

UWE Bristol’s People Services team is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide a professional advisory and partnering service. You will manage a diverse, complex employee relations caseload - including attendance, conduct, grievances, flexible working, restructuring, and workplace conflict - while promoting early resolution and working closely with Trade Unions.

You will also contribute to wider People Services initiatives, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in a collaborative team environment.

• Location: Frenchay Campus, Bristol (Hybrid: approx. 60% on-site, up to 40% work from home)

• Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term
