The Package

💼 Salary: £29,000 + guaranteed payment for a fixed period

🚗 Essential: A full driving license and access to car

💰 Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000 (uncapped!)

🕒 Work Pattern: 5 days a week (flexible), must be able to travel to head office in Kent once a month

The Role:

💼 Provide customers with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions that can change their lives

Promote insurance products from to add value to your customers’ journey

📈 Exceed targets and drive business growth, turning opportunities into results

Build strong relationships with estate agents, maximising new business and referrals

🎯 Proactively contacting new prospects for new business

Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines to offer peace of mind and reassurance
