Summary

SEND Teaching Assistant

The role:

SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils across the whole school
Working with children across a range of year groups and needs
Providing classroom support, targeted interventions, and additional assistance where required
Collaborating with class teachers and the SEND team to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience supporting children with SEND
Be flexible and confident working across different age groups
Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
