Summary

SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Moore Teachers is working with a welcoming and inclusive Good-rated primary academy, recognised for its supportive environment, strong leadership, and commitment to ensuring all pupils achieve their potential.

The role:

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil
Supporting a child with potential ADHD who does not present with high-level needs
Encouraging engagement, focus, and confidence within the classroom
Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to support learning and progress
Promoting positive behaviour and independence

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous SEND experience, particularly supporting pupils with attention and concentration difficulties
Be patient, adaptable, and proactive
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Be committed to helping children thrive both academically and socially
