We are expanding our pool of Casual Programme Workers across the South of England to help deliver innovative STEM education programmes, workshops, events and residential experiences for young people aged 9-18.

About the Role
As a Casual Programme Worker, you will support the successful delivery of engaging STEM learning experiences that inspire young people and help them explore future career pathways.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering interactive STEM workshops and educational activities
• Facilitating group discussions and team-based challenges
• Leading and motivating groups of young people in a safe and engaging environment
• Providing pastoral support and promoting positive participation
• Supporting safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements
• Assisting with programme logistics, registration and event administration
• Building positive relationships with schools, students, industry volunteers and partners
• Supporting face-to-face, virtual and residential programmes
