SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Telford TF1
Daily Rate: £110 - 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Help primary-aged pupils with SEND build confidence, develop independence and make meaningful progress in a supportive Telford school.
Long Term Futures are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across welcoming primary school settings in Telford.
We are looking for caring, reliable TAs who can provide individual and small-group support to children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Pupils may have a range of additional needs, including autism, communication and interaction needs, speech and language difficulties, learning needs and more complex SEND.
In this role, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support
- Help pupils access learning and classroom activities
- Support communication, interaction and emotional regulation
- Use visual resources and individual strategies where required
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive relationships
- Work closely with teachers and SEND staff
You'll need:
- A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or relevant subject.
- Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with SEND
- School, nursery, SEN or similar child-based experience
- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
