Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team. Duties:

- Act as the primary contact for customers during their service experience, delivering a professional and trustworthy service

- Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, liaising with customers and workshop staff

- Maintain accurate customer records within company systems as the Service Advisor

- Promote additional services and repairs identified through technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue

- Provide regular and transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress

- Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions

- Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, with knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop, and RTC preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment

- A valid UK driving licence is essential for the Service Advisor

- A motivated and personable attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
