Summary

Our client, a reputable accident repair centre in Fareham, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to advance their career within a well-established environment that values customer service and operational efficiency.

- On-target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses

- Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Meet and greet customers professionally at the front desk

- Answer incoming calls, pass messages, and direct enquiries appropriately

- Inform customers about payment requirements and process card and cash transactions

- Assist with parts administration and general office duties

- Familiarise with company management systems and complete courtesy car handovers

- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

- Support operational processes within the accident repair centre

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar role within an accident repair or automotive environment

- Knowledge of Autoflow system preferred

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Confident with computer systems and administration tasks

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment

- Friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude

- Strong customer service skills and organisational ability
