Summary
Salary: XCET PS9 - PS10 (FTE £42,958 - £52,864 per annum), dependant on experience.
Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday), 52 weeks per year (although 42 weeks would be considered).
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Data & Systems Manager to join the Xavier Catholic Education Trust (XCET) IT team based in Chertsey.The Trust Data and Systems Manager will provide strategic leadership for the management, analysis, and effective use of student, staff, and organisational data across all schools within the Trust. The postholder will ensure high-quality, compliant data systems (e.g. Arbor) and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) are employed effectively to support school improvement, inform strategic and executive decision-making and secure statutory compliance.The successful candidate will carry out their responsibilities in a way that actively supports and reflects the distinctive Catholic mission, values, and ethos of the Xavier Trust, contributing positively to a culture in which these principles underpin all aspects of school and Trust life.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in an analytical, computational, technical or machine learning discipline, OR equivalent significant professional experience in a data-led role.
