Breakfast Club Manager7.15am – 8.45am Monday to Friday – 7 ½ hours per week x 38 weeks (Term Time Only). SY4 £4,519 per annum paid over 12 months Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026 We are delighted to advertise an excellent opportunity to join our wonderful school with a nursery set in a spacious site within Staines-upon-Thames. The school is part of the Ascension Catholic Academy Trust working in collaboration with other local Catholic schools to provide the very best education for our pupils so they can flourish. The staff team is experienced and enthusiastic and committed to providing an environment which supports active and independent learning. • Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and highly organised Breakfast Club Manager to run our Early Risers Club.• We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, creativity and initiative to make Early Risers Club a great place to start the school day, where children can enjoy breakfast, take part in engaging activities and have a positive, purposeful start before heading into class ready to learn.• Working independently, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club, using their own ideas and skills to develop the provision while ensuring that every child is safe, well cared for and ready for the school day.About Our Lady of the RosaryOur Lady of the Rosary is a welcoming Catholic primary school, guided by our mission of ‘Joy, Excellence and Service’. Our recent Ofsted inspection described the school as “a loving and inclusive community where everyone is welcome” and highlighted the “warm relationships between pupils and staff” which create a calm environment where pupils feel known and valued.We are looking for someone who:• enjoys working with children and can build warm, positive relationships • understands that children have different needs and can adapt their approach, activities and support accordingly • can plan and provide a varied range of play and activities that reflects children’s different ages, interests and needs • is confident working independently, using their initiative and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club • can create a calm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, included and ready for the school day • is organised and reliable, with high expectations for safeguarding, safety, routines and standards • is proficient in English and Maths; GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications, are desirable • is proficient in IT and able to access the pupil database system and print attendance records and make and cancel bookings. • will support and contribute to the Catholic ethos and mission of our school. First Aid and Food Hygiene training are also desirable, although training can be provided.This is an opportunity to take real ownership of Early Risers Club, bring your own ideas to the provision and make a positive difference to how our children begin their school day.We can also offer a generous pension scheme and access to a well-being package.Please note: We are also recruiting an After-School Care Manager.
