Summary

We have an opportunity for you to join us as a Procurement Officer.

We are establishing a new Strategic Commissioning Service, within our Adult Care Directorate and are ambitious about our plans to invest in and advance our approach to innovative, evidenced based commissioning, driving the delivery of positive outcomes for the people of Lincolnshire, in a compliant and efficient way.

To help us achieve this, we are seeking two additional outstanding individuals who can support the effective procurement of commissioned adult care and community wellbeing services which deliver safe, high-quality, value-for-money outcomes, and meet requirements within allocated budgets

Our Procurement Officers work collaboratively with a range of internal and external partners and stakeholders, and lead or assist Senior Officers in the design, management and delivery of professional, commercially robust and fully compliant tendering processes to ensure fit for purpose service provision, efficiency benefits, quality improvements and financial savings where practicable.
