To deliver an intensive, strength-based model to adults with complex needs, in their home. This may include safety planning, strengths, values, goals and tailored sessions for the individuals specific needs To manage a complex caseload with multiple, interacting needs and make safeguarding decisions To work holistically, focusing on the key concerns for the adult To handle complex, sensitive information in line with policies and procedures, and confidentiality
