Summary

Position: CNC Miller

Location: Dartford

Type of work: permanent

Salary: £64,584 per annum inclusive of shift allowance

Working hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 6.30 pm to 6:30 am

We are now seeking a CNC Milling setters to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Dartford. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.

Responsibilities of CNC Miller:

• Setting and operating CNC 5 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controls

• Working on technical engineering drawings

• Working with aluminium and stainless steel

• Ability to use measuring tools

• Ensuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres.

Requirement of CNC Miller:

• Ideally, previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc or Haas controls

• Ideally apprentice trained or equivalent or time served

• Ability to change tools and adjust offsets

• Ability to use measuring tools
