Summary
Electrical Construction Manager - Rail
Location: West London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package
We are currently recruiting for an
Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor working on major projects across West London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in
electrical construction management, with proven experience delivering
commercial fit-out projects as well as
rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead electrical site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Manage progress, programme and site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety and electrical standards.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an
Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager.
•
Strong commercial fit-out experience is essential.
•
Rail project experience is also essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and construction processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• SMSTS and relevant CSCS/ECS qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
