Summary

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join an established manufacturing business in Antrim, working as part of a busy production team and helping to maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Location: Antrim, Northern Ireland

Salary: £14.02 per hour - Days | £15.20 per hour - Evenings

Role type: Permanent, Full Time - RTW in the UK required

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm | Friday 7:00am - 12:15pm

Evenings: Monday - Wednesday 5:00pm - 2:30am | Thursday 5:00pm - 10:15pm | Friday 3:00pm - 12:30am

About the Role

We are looking for Quality Operatives to carry out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for checking finished and in-process products, identifying defects or inconsistencies and ensuring they meet the required quality standards before progressing to the next stage.

This is a hands-on role involving product inspection, minor assembly and repairs, accurate record keeping and regular manual handling within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out in-process and final quality inspections

Check products against required quality standards and specifications

Identify and record defects, faults and quality issues

Report quality issues to Supervisors or Managers

Complete quality records and documentation accurately

Carry out minor assembly and repair tasks where required

Ensure products meet company quality requirements

Follow Health & Safety, quality and operational procedures

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area

Work closely with production teams to maintain high quality standards

Safely handle, move and inspect products as part of the quality process
