Summary

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Preparing, painting, and polishing vehicles to industry standards

- Working efficiently with the smart repair team on internal prep work

- Ensuring all vehicles receive high-quality finishes aligned with customer expectations

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion

- Adhering to health and safety regulations throughout all tasks

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy bodyshop environment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Good understanding of vehicle refinishing techniques and materials

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Professional attitude with adaptability to a positive work culture
