We are seeking an exceptional primary class teacher to join our dedicated, welcoming team at South Baddesley CE Primary School and Nursery. Initially offered as a one-year maternity cover, this role comes at an exciting time as we continue to embed our school strengths, grow our unique curriculum, and further enhance our approach to personal and professional development.

A central highlight of our school life is our outdoor learning programme. This year, we are fully embedding the use of our school farm to offer a rich, experiential curriculum. Commitment to safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding children and all employees, governors and volunteers are subject to robust employment checks. We delivery regular, topical safeguarding briefings and train all staff annually on KCSiE (Keeping Children Safe in Education). We have an internal online portal enabling all staff to report any concerns immediately and we have two Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL's) in school. A third member of staff has undergone the DSL training purely for the purpose of auditing our processes and challenging DSL decisions. We are very proud of the strong safeguarding culture we have developed.
