Summary
The Best Connection Dudley are currently recruiting for an experienced
Night Shift Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Tipton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading a team during the night shift
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Operating machinery and supporting machine operators where required
- Monitoring productivity and team performance
- Conducting shift handovers and reporting any issues to management
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Managing stock movements and warehouse activities
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Supporting with general warehouse and operational duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Machinery operating experience and/or knowledge would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)
