At Bethphage, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our organisation by identifying talent, building relationships and supporting hiring managers a to recruit the very best people.

Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will;

- Demonstrate and champion Bethphage’s values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.

- Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events, schools, colleges, DWP)

- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation

- Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and other recruitment channels

- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, ensuring an excellent experience

- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process

- Produce information for the board, maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics

- Ensure all processes are cost effective

- Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation

What we are looking for,

- Experience in recruitment and/or HR, talent acquisition, care sector

- Excellent communication & organisational skills

- Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships

- Confident in using ATS and other systems

- Commitment to a Positive Behaviour Organisation and its culture
