Summary

Mystery shopping is an evaluation process tool and the most effective way of measuring the customer's journey as seen through the eyes and ears of a customer.

Our data measures and monitors all the key performance indicators within the customer's journey/experience in the different service providers encompassing all distribution channels (Local Independent Garages, Regional Garages/Dealers, Car Dealers, Autocentres and Fast Fits).

Your role as a Mystery Caller will be to call garages, acting as a Customer, and looking to buy tyres based upon a set of pre-defined scenarios (such as tyre is worn/ MOT failure etc.).

No previous experience is required and the role is 16 hours per week, flexible around garage opening times (Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm) and your own home/ life requirements. Days can be split across 5 days, 3 days (for example and between school drop off/ pick-up).

Training will be provided. You must have a laptop/ computer and access to the internet in order to log into/ connect to our online portal.
