Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs?

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities across Loughborough and North Leicester, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Your New School

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of SEN and specialist education settings in the local area, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. This is a great opportunity whether you're looking for consistent full-time work or flexibility around your existing commitments.

Your New Role

Depending on the setting, your responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support

Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs

Helping pupils engage positively with learning

Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation

Working alongside teachers and other support professionals

Helping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for people who:

Have experience working with children or young people with SEN

Are patient, resilient and adaptable

Have a calm and positive approach to behaviour

Can build strong relationships with pupils

Are passionate about helping young people achieve their potential

Are available for full-time or part-time work

Previous school-based experience is beneficial, but experience from other SEN, care or support settings may also be suitable.
