Summary
Hands‑on role that includes customer service, bar operations, stock management and supporting Club events.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Serving members professionally and courteously
Maintaining a clean, organised bar, lounge and cellar
Ordering stock and managing deliveries
Negotiating contracts and pricing with breweries and suppliers
Stock rotation, wastage recording and maintaining accurate levels
Cash handling and till operation
Upholding licensing, safety and hygiene regulations
Supporting Club events and functions
Promoting a positive, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
