Summary
Assess client marketing requirements, target audiences, budgets and campaign objectives and translate them into clear marketing briefs.
Develop tailored campaign plans, service proposals, timelines and delivery requirements for each client account.
Manage the external marketing team, allocate work and coordinate content, design, social media, digital advertising and campaign delivery.
Review campaign materials, progress and outputs to ensure they meet the agreed brief, budget, quality standards and deadlines.
Analyse campaign performance, customer response and client feedback and recommend changes to improve results.
Maintain oversight of client accounts, manage changes in scope and ensure agreed marketing services are delivered effectively.
Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management and identify opportunities for additional client work.
