Summary
We are recruiting a Telecoms Billing Manager to lead a team of six and take ownership of the end‑to‑end billing function across telecoms and managed services. The role includes managing monthly billing cycles, validating and reconciling CDR/SDR usage data, performing margin assurance, resolving supplier invoice discrepancies and improving billing processes and controls. You will work closely with commercial, operations, projects and finance teams to ensure accurate onboarding and billing. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with strong telecoms billing experience and hands‑on aBILLity knowledge. This is a hybrid role with full responsibility for billing accuracy, reporting and continuous improvement.
