What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Repairs Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a high-performing responsive repairs service across approximately 25,000 Council homes, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while delivering excellent service to residents.. Contract is for 3 months in Greenwich SE2 88BF.

Pay Rate: £39 per hour PAYE - pay rate negotiable

Hours per week: 35 Monday – Friday, 9:00-17:00

Contract length: 3 months

Location: Greenwich SE2 88BF

Key requirements:

Strong leadership, delegation and stakeholder management skills in a busy, multi-disciplinary repairs service.

Proven ability to motivate trade teams, improve working methods and deliver excellent customer care.

Extensive experience of budget planning, control and forecasting across large multi-disciplinary operations.

Significant senior-level experience within housing or an organisation of comparable size and complexity.

Comprehensive knowledge of managing trade staff within a housing repairs setting.

Key responsibilities

Lead a large multi-disciplinary responsive repairs operation covering around 25,000 Council properties.

Manage people, work allocation and performance to ensure repairs are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Drive compliance, health and safety, quality management and continuous service improvement.

Manage budgets, control operational costs and deliver value for money while identifying savings opportunities.

Use performance data, resident feedback and complaints to identify service failures and improve outcomes.
