Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Oxford Circus, London – £45,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Oxford Circus, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

- Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

- Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment

- Electrical fault finding and repairs

- Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings

- Emergency lighting testing and repairs

- Small power and socket repairs

- Basic BMS monitoring

- Carry out electrical checks and inspections

- General building fabric duties

- Escort specialist subcontractors

- Assist with other general building maintenance duties as required

Requirements

- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above (Essential)

- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

- Multi-skilled

- Good communication skills

- Client Facing
