Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Selling new and used cars, alongside accessories, finance products, warranties, and related services

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Keeping customers informed of delivery schedules and managing delays effectively

- Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth sales process

- Collecting payments and ensuring completion of sales documentation

- Explaining warranty and service arrangements and introducing customers to the service department

- Demonstrating vehicle features and providing ongoing customer support

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within a franchise-approved dealership, though individuals from used car dealerships will be considered

- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points

- Demonstrable passion for sales, customer service, and delivering results

- Ability to build strong customer relationships

- Commitment to excellence and professional development
