The school’s motto is “Achievement for All” and we take pride in the care and guidance that we provide to enable each child to achieve his or her potential.The Governors are seeking to appoint an Attendance Support and Improvement Officerto support the staff of this popular secondary school to improve learner attendance through accurate use of data, timely intervention and trusted relationships with learners and families. The postholder will support the Education Welfare Officer, Senior Leadership Team and ALNCo, provide targeted assistance to learners whose attendance is causing concern, and maintain clear evidence of the impact of interventions.
