Working proactively with students, families, staff, and external agencies, the postholder ensures early identification of need, delivers targeted interventions, and contributes to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.The Student Welfare Officer is a key member of the inclusion team, acting as a lead professional for identified students and providing high quality welfare support that removes barriers to learning, improves attendance, and supports emotional, social and academic progress.
