This role would suit an experienced Learning Support Assistant or an individual looking to develop their skills in supporting children's learning, emotional wellbeing and personal development.Working as part of our dedicated pastoral team, you will work closely with the SENDCo and Behaviour Mentor to deliver targeted interventions on a one-to-one basis and within small groups. You will provide emotional and social support to pupils, helping them regulate their emotions, develop positive relationships and fully engage with their learning.The role will involve working across the school, including within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children to develop resilience, self-esteem and effective coping strategies. Through early intervention and positive relationship-building, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
