The pupils have a diagnosis of autism.The posts are offered at 32.5 hours a week 8.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. during term time. Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.The successful candidates will have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a genuine commitment to the education and development of children on the Autism Spectrum.In-house training will be offered to the successful candidates who should be enthusiastic and committed to working within a dedicated team that offers the highest possible standards of teaching and learning.Experience of working in a primary school setting, knowledge of the Foundation Phase curriculum, and the ability to work flexibly is essential.These posts are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check.Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).Please download or print off the application form by selecting the “Apply Now” button.Application forms should be completed in full and returned to the school by the closing date.
