At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company at Heathrow Airport. You will have the opportunity to join an amazing and successful team in warehouse operations and activities. This is a great opportunity for dedicated and organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Shift patterns:

* Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

* 5 working days out of 7, on a rota basis.

* Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work both shift patterns and any day of the week, including weekends if scheduled.

Pay rates:

* 14.26 GBP hourly.

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative:

* Must provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.

* Overseas criminal record check required if you have lived outside the UK for over 6 months.

* Basic DBS check mandatory for airside clearance (support provided).

* No unspent convictions that prevent security clearance.

* Must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status).

* HMRC employment letter required.

* Must live within 40 minutes of the site for 4 AM shifts.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:

* Familiarity with cargo handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or ULD systems.

* Basic knowledge of aviation security procedures and cargo documentation.

* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Reliable, punctual, and respectful with a positive, energetic, can-do attitude.
