Warehouse Operative - Slough

Shift patterns:
* The role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
* Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work across both shift patterns and on any day of the week, including weekends, as scheduled.
Pay rates:
* 14.80 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative:
* Provide a full 5-year work, education and address history with no gaps.
* If you lived outside the UK for over 6 months, an overseas criminal record check will be required.
* A Basic DBS check is mandatory for airside clearance, and you must have no unspent convictions that prevent clearance.
* You must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR or Settled Status).
* An HMRC employment letter is required.
* You must live within 40 minutes of site for 4 AM shifts.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
* Familiarity with cargo handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or ULD systems.
* Basic knowledge of aviation security procedures and cargo documentation.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A positive, energetic, can-do attitude and the drive to work in a fast-paced setting.
