As a Student Engagement Officer, you'll play a vital role in connecting students, schools, teachers, parents and industry partners with life-changing STEM opportunities. From student recruitment and communications to programme support and stakeholder engagement, this is a rewarding role where you'll see the direct impact of your work on young people's futures.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of engaging STEM and employability programmes, ensuring content remains innovative, relevant and impactful for young people.
• Create high-quality learning resources, programme materials and content for face-to-face, virtual and hybrid delivery, collaborating with colleagues, educators and industry partners.
• Deliver inspiring STEM programmes, workshops and events, confidently engaging young people while providing an exceptional participant experience.
• Build strong relationships with schools, employers and stakeholders, using feedback, data and insight to enhance programme quality, reach and impact.
