Housing Officer

24.5 hours (Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday 7 hours per day, Thursday morning 3.5 hours

£38,548 - £45,779 (pro rata £26,983 to £32,045)

Closing Date : Monday 12th October 2026 at 12pm

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to a strong performance culture, delivering consistently excellent results across all areas of housing management.

The postholder will have the knowledge and skills required to provide high-quality front-line housing management services, including property allocations, tenancy management, rent arrears management, and estate and neighbourhood management, in line with the Association’s policies, procedures, and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrable experience of housing support and housing legislation and knowledge of housing and housing legislation. HNC, SVQ, or CIH Level 3 qualification in housing or a related discipline is desirable .

A full driving licence is essential.
