Summary

As a Service Lead, you will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality supported housing and housing management services across South Kent, covering Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone. You will oversee services for vulnerable adults, including people on bail, prison leavers and those involved in the criminal justice system, ensuring support is safe, person-centred and tailored to individual needs.

You will be responsible for staff leadership, safeguarding, support planning, service performance, contractual compliance and financial targets. The role also involves developing effective relationships with commissioners and partner agencies, managing rotas and participating in the CAS-2 on-call rota. Regular travel across the area, including visits to staff and properties, will be required.
