What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years - essential
Experience working within an early years or childcare setting
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
A warm, caring and child-centred approach

Key Responsibilities
Support and deliver child-led activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Act as a key person for an allocated group of children, building warm and consistent relationships
Observe, assess and document children's learning and development accurately
Support children's individual needs, interests and next steps in a nurturing and thoughtful way
Help maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the setting
Communicate positively and openly with parents and families on a daily basis
Work as part of a supportive team to uphold the nursery's high standards of care
