Summary
Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
£28,000–£32,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a strong team that genuinely cares about making a positive difference in children's early years.
What We're Looking For
Full and relevant
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Your Role
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and provide engaging activities that encourage children's curiosity, confidence, and development.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and valued.
Encourage children to develop independence and confidence through play-based learning.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
