About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis. This role is fully site-based in LS10.This is a hands-on administrative role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the HR function, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient service for employees and managers.

Key duties will include:

Managing and responding to queries in the HR inbox

Supporting HR administration processes across the employee life cycle

Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

Assisting with absence management administration

Providing support to HR Advisors and the wider HR team

Ensuring HR procedures are followed correctly and consistently

Updating spreadsheets and producing reports using Excel

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience in a HR Administration position

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

A proactive, can-do attitude

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
