About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified professional to join our school and to lead a vital aspect of whole school provision. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already had experience of middle leadership in a school, or someone who wants to move into middle leadership. Regardless of tour experience, you will receive excellent support from senior leaders across the school to successfully deliver on your role. You will be an inspiring teacher with the ability to deliver exciting lessons to engage students in their learning. You will use initiative and creativity to continue the development of our students’ experiences in PSHEE and contribute to the school’s continued success. You will be expected to teach Health and Social Care/Child development at Key Stage 4 and PSHE to all abilities at Key Stages 3 and 4 and to work with senior leaders to develop careers education information and guidance across our school. Ofsted recently judged personal development in our school to be at ‘expected standard’ and the successful applicant will work with senior leaders and all staff and the community to continue to develop this area of provision.
