The Role

We're looking for a Sales Concierge to call new conveyancing quotes as they come in and help convert them into instructed customers. This is a focused, outcome-driven role; you'll be working warm leads, not cold calling, with flexible part-time hours built around evenings and Saturday mornings. Remote, with the option to come into the office, though not required

What You'll Do

- Call customers who have recently received a quote to answer questions and guide them toward instructing us

- Build quick rapport and trust with customers over the phone, explaining our proposition clearly and confidently

- Follow up on quotes that haven't yet converted, within agreed timeframes

- Flag any recurring objections, drop-off patterns, or process friction back to the team

- Hit call volume and conversion targets, with bonus earnings tied to performance

Pay & Benefits

- Base rate + sales bonus for converted quotes
