Summary
Location: City of LondonWorking Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences, building high-performing teams and developing strong client partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring the workplace remains safe, welcoming, efficient and aligned with industry-leading standards.
What You'll Do
-Leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated Facilities Management services.
-Managing Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Soft Services teams.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
-Driving service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Managing operational performance, KPIs, budgets and financial reporting.
-Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
-Overseeing third-party suppliers and subcontractor performance.
-Using CAFM systems, service analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
-Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus across all service lines.
Essential Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Workplace Manager or similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
-Experience managing integrated Facilities Management services across multiple service lines.
-Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
-Experience overseeing Front of House, Workplace Experience, Cleaning and Security services.
-Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
-Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
-Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
-Proficiency in CAFM systems and performance reporting tools.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
-IWFM qualification or equivalent Facilities Management accreditation.
-NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
-Experience supporting newly mobilised or newly occupied workplace environments.
-Knowledge of smart building technology and workplace experience platforms.
-Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives and workplace engagement activities.
-Understanding of sustainability and environmental performance within FM operations.
