The purpose of this role is to support the Training and Events team in promoting and delivering a programme of events for UK ENIC members and non-members. The role will assist with coordinating the full lifecycle of training programmes and conferences, from initial planning and scheduling through to delivery, evaluation, and post-event administration. They will also provide support for membership services and account management activities as required.

Event Administration

• Coordinate event and training schedules, calendars, and timelines to ensure key deadlines are met.

• Liaise with venue staff to coordinate catering, branding, room layouts, audiovisual requirements, and other event logistics.

• Manage speaker and trainer logistics, including briefing documents, travel arrangements, accommodation, and presentation materials.

• Maintain and update event webpages, online booking systems, registration records, and stakeholder communications, including those with speakers, delegates, and venue staff.

• Provide administrative and on-the-day support for both in-person and online events, including the preparation of event materials, delegate packs, and name badges.

• Support with purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments in accordance with organisational procedures.

• Coordinate post-event evaluations, collate attendee feedback, and produce attendance and performance reports to support continuous improvement.

Marketing

• Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns to promote training programmes, events, and conferences.

• Manage and maintain training and events marketing distribution lists, ensuring contact information is accurate and up to date.

• Support with the sourcing and ordering of marketing materials.

Sponsorship

• Support sponsor communications and relationship management activities to ensure sponsor requirements are met and partnership opportunities are maximised.

• Research and identify potential sponsors through networking, social media, and market research to support sponsorship growth and engagement.

Wider team duties

• Deliver internal and external training sessions and provide support to colleagues, including technical support for online and hybrid events.

• Contribute to the development of training and conference programme content.

• Support Membership Services activities, including responding to member enquiries and assisting with account management.
